1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Adjustment Status Navigator (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Adjustment Status Navigator is a software tool that helps people understand USCIS Policy Memorandum PM-602-0199 and organize their facts and documents before meeting with a licensed immigration attorney.
The Service is a general educational and document-organization tool. It does not, and cannot, provide guidance about your specific immigration case. Use of the Service does not create any attorney-client relationship between you and Adjustment Status Navigator, its operators, or its contributors.
Adjustment Status Navigator is not a law firm. Content on this site is not legal advice. We are not affiliated with USCIS, DHS, or the Department of Justice EOIR. We are not a notario, notario público, asesor legal, consultor de inmigración, or immigration consultant. Information on this site is general educational content. It is not, and cannot be, advice about your specific case. For advice, consult a licensed immigration attorney or a DOJ EOIR-recognized representative. Read our full Terms, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
